Our son developed cerebral palsy due to negligent injuries sustained at birth. John was there through all of the seven years it took to get our son a fair settlement for future medical care. There were times when I felt he could have gotten back to us more quickly, but in hindsight a good deal of it was probably more due to our own level of emotion (as anyone can imagine). I highly recommend him for his ethics, sense of justice and incredible depth of law. Aside from legal knowledge, his overall self-assured demeanor and willingness to fight for our son meant a lot - especially during the depositions! I can honestly say John is one of the most intelligent and family-oriented individuals I have ever known.
